On the Zeedijk, Global Estate Group is developing this unique new construction project with frontal sea views. SPARQ proudly supplied the balustrade profiles for this project, including the U-Top, U-Side, V-Line and Y-Line. The realisation of the balustrades was carried out by Aluform from Maldegem.

The Cath Utrecht

In collaboration with Qbiq b.v. and commissioned by Pleijsier Bouw, SPARQ supplied and assembled the glass balustrades. The glass balustrades are located along the staircases, voids, entrance landings and roof terraces (approx. 330m).

Golf venue Chi Chi Utrecht

Gymworld Zoetermeer

Gymworld Zoetermeer is entirely dedicated to gymnastics and related sports. The sports building consists of two gymnastics halls, a trampoline hall, a hall for freerunning and a sports medical centre. In this project, SPARQ realised some 80 metres of full glass balustrade along (mainly) the stands.

The Two Cheetahs

During the renovation in 2021, SPARQ realised 35m of glass balustrades for the ramp, stairs and valance. SPARQ realised the staircase using a steel staircase construction with a double stringer for glass balustrade clamping.

Pleijsier Bouwgroep built the RAI Hotel on Amsterdam's Zuidas business district. All roof terraces received sliding gates on all two sides, which were developed, manufactured and assembled by SPARQ.

House of Rituals

Rituals opened a shop on the corner of Kalverstraat and Spui in Amsterdam in honour of its 20th anniversary. For this, SPARQ, in collaboration with Snep Exclusieve metalen B.V., realised a full glass balustrade of approximately 75 metres on three floors.
