Het gebouw is ook een toonbeeld van flexibiteit: het heeft een modulair en demontabel constructiesysteem. Bijzonder is ook het atrium. Dat werkt als een groene long voor het gebouw omdat het door de groene beplanting verse ventilatielucht oplevert. In het interieur spelen glasbalustrades een prominente rol.
