Het nieuwe Van der Valk complex aan de A7 bij Hoorn bestaat uit een hotel, bioscoop en casino.

Het hotel heeft 155 hotelkamers, 2 restaurants, een grand café, een congreszaal en 10 vergaderzalen. De bioscoop heeft 5 zalen, geschikt voor 900 bezoekers. De verschillende faciliteiten zijn te bereiken via een grote centrale hal, waar veel met glas gewerkt is.
