Throne 17 in Ostend

Project Omschrijving

Op de Zeedijk ontwikkelt Global Estate Group dit unieke nieuwbouwproject met frontaal zeezicht. Troon 17 combineert moderne architectuur met een knipoog naar de rijke geschiedenis van de site. Het project omvat 123 ruime appartementen, ontworpen voor zowel tweedeverblijvers als vaste bewoners, met oppervlaktes vanaf 90 m².

SPARQ heeft met trots de balustradeprofielen geleverd voor dit project, waaronder de U-Top, U-Zij, V-Line en Y-Line. De realisatie van de balustraden werd uitgevoerd door Aluform uit Maldegem.

Het project werd gebouwd door Bouwbedrijf Furnibo, met de architectuur verzorgd door Architectenburo Berkein.
