House of Rituals in Amsterdam

Project Omschrijving

Rituals opende ter ere van het 20-jarig bestaan een winkel op de hoek van de Kalverstraat en het Spui in Amsterdam. Het markante pand, gelegen op de hoek van het Spuiplein en de Kalverstraat, is in 1891 door Eduard Cuypers in opdracht van Meubel- en tapijtmagazijn H.F. Jansen & Zonen ontworpen.

Het pand bestaat uit vier verdiepingen en 1500m² en zou het nieuwe concept House of Rituals aan Nederland introduceren. Dit concept zou bestaan uit een restaurant, home collectie, mind & body spa’s en de mogelijkheid tot meditatielessen.

Aan de hand van dit concept heeft Rituals voor een grondige renovatie gekozen waarbij originele structuren werden hersteld en hoogwaardige eigentijdse elementen werden toegevoegd.

SPARQ heeft in samenwerking met Snep Exclusieve metalen B.V. een vol glasbalustrade van circa 75 meter op drie verdiepingen gerealiseerd.
