De Drie Musketiers in Leek

Project Omschrijving

De Drie Musketiers (Porthos, Athos en Aramis) te Leek betreft de nieuwbouw van appartementengebouwen. De gebouwen hebben ieder vier bouwlagen, waarvan één op een half verdiept aangelegde parkeergarage (Aramis).

De 30 luxe en royale appartementen hebben een villa-achtige uitstraling met parkachtige sfeer. De appartementen variëren tussen de 104m² en 180m² en zijn voorzien van een groot balkon of terras die garant staat voor maximale privacy en windluwte.

SPARQ realiseerde in dit project 475 meter aan glasbalustrade en heeft enkele balkons voorzien van privacyschermen.
